Fees

Estimates of my fees for self-funding patients are as follows.

Initial outpatient consultation

£225

This is my consultation fee – any further tests or treatment that may be required are chargeable in addition to this. For example, you may require an x-ray, scans, injections, or surgery.

There is no charge for routine aftercare following surgery.

Ultrasound-guided injections

£100 – £150

For certain injections (especially ones around a major nerve) I use a hand-held ultrasound scanner. This helps me guide the injection needle to exactly where it needs to be, ensuring the needle does not damage any nerves or major blood vessels on its path to the target.

Insured patients

I am a fee-assured surgeon with most of the major health insurers. If your insurer does not appear on my list, please get in touch with me so I can register with them. You should check with your insurer that your policy covers you to see me, and to verify any limits or excesses that may be payable.
